At Relax The Back, we don't just give our new franchisees a manual and our best wishes. Our comprehensive training is top-notch and represents the level of commitment we make to our valued franchise owners.
To create a true understanding of Relax The Back products, culture, vales and how to sell your new products to the public, we created Relax The Back University (RTBU). It’s our way of setting you up for success.
New franchisees spend one week at RTBU approximately two to four months before their targeted store opening. RTBU is held at Relax The Back Corporation headquarters in La Palma, California.
RTBU concentrates on in-depth product knowledge, spinal anatomy, client relations and sales. Field trips to vendor facilities and various local Relax The Back stores enhance our curriculum with hands-on training and interactions.
After you have mastered the product knowledge, you will learn how to run your business successfully. The senior staff of Relax The Back Corporation lead sessions on the following vital topics:
- Business planning
- Financial management
- Human resources
- Training on technology resources including the RTB Intranet
- Marketing, advertising, and public relations
- Merchandising & initial inventory requirements
- Sales training.
